Standard Mechanical Systems Limited is a highly successful national HVAC service provider with 35 office/service depots across Canada. We have been in business for over 47 years, providing services to the national retail / telecommunications / commercial sectors.


We are presently looking for an individual to assist in providing Project Management and Account Management for our rapidly expanding HVAC Services Division. The new employee must be able to adapt and adjust to this dynamic environment.


CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Highly developed computer skills, comfortable with various programming tasks

  • Excellent communicators with strong customer oriented attitude

  • Strong organizational skills and comfortable meeting or exceeding assigned time frames

  • University or College graduate with a Professional Engineer or C.E.T. Designation

  • Work experience in HVAC related industry

  • Fundamental comprehension of HVAC systems

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to learn independently


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in managing HVAC installation projects

  • Prepare quotes and secure approval for installations and modifications from customers

  • Support service technicians for trouble-shooting, warranty related service calls and customer support initiatives

  • Manage existing inventories to expedite delivery of equipment across Canada

  • Assist in preparing proposals for new HVAC projects
